Country bred Lucy Craddock-Hayes is content with her quiet life, until the day she trips over an unconscious man - a naked unconscious man - and loses her innocence forever. Viscount Simon Iddesleigh was nearly beaten to death by his enemies. Now he's hell-bent on vengeance. But as Lucy nurses him back to health, her honesty startles his jaded sensibilities - even as it ignites a desire that threatens to consume them both. Yet as his honor keeps him from ravishing her, his revenge sends his attackers to her door.

This was a good book in the Raven Prince series. This book was not 20 hours long, it was about 10 hours. Not sure why the site says 20 hours or it downloads for 20 hours but it is not. There are 3 books in all but not exactly listed as a series, The order of books is Raven Prince, Leopard Prince and then Serpent Prince. All 3 books were very good, however Leopard Prince was my favorite. I love Elizabeth Hoyt. The Narrator Moira Quirk is fantastic. Worth the credits for sure.

I can't finish this book. The narrator is ruining a potentially good book. I cant say whether its good or not since I cant finish it yet. I will download on my kindle and read it. Sorry Rebecca De Leeuw, but you should not narrate books. I hate leaving this review and hope the author reads it and gets a new narrator. Try Moira Quirk or Ashford McNabb, they do a fantastic job narrating historical romance novels.

I cant give this an honest rating since I couldn't finish the book. The narrator is so bad it ruined the book. I am sure the story is good because Elizabeth Hoyt is a great author. I haven't read the book myself to rate the story, but the listen is not good. Amazon has some good ratings for this book, so I would recommend reading and not listening.

Wow what a disappointment. Why do people change narrators?? I would rather wait longer for the release of the audible book to have the same narrator. Not that I am saying Ashford was busy I have no clue. But really?? ugh. This narrator was not so good. The story was my least favorite of all the Maiden Lane books, and I was sort of over hearing the word "betrayed". I have to say this book was just ok. I truly hope they bring back Ashford for the next book. A narrator can totally make or break a book people.. Just sayin.

The book does have great ratings on amazon if that helps. Sorry Roslyn Landor.
