I like this, and I like his style. It does help me sleep sometimes, but is by no means a miraculous cure.
I just couldn't enjoy or appreciate this author's perspective.
This is a guided relaxation meditation. Much of it is music. I liked the part where she talks more, because that's what I was hoping for.
I was looking for a guided meditation, and although it has a couple short ones, I just didn't appreciate the overall format. He gives some trite examples of people who didn't let things bother them, which I found annoying.
I bought several of these hypnotic type relaxation guides. This one is pretty good, although after a while, they seem to lose their effectiveness for me. She has a pretty thick British accent
Dale Carnegie is one for the ages. He offers great advice and many different ways to achieve a state of less worry and more enjoyment of the present moment. I found this very inspiring.
