"Uniquely good"
It's portrayal of the mind set of Cubans in Miami within their own peoples and towards other ethnic groups.

"Disapointing"
Primarily is a summary of all the other Keller stories to date, lacking the wit and humor in the series and the narration is flat.
Yes, he just Is not right for this character, he was fine for the Richard Ford series which I also have
"To Childish"
The main character (chubby) of this book is so obnoxious and you hear his whiny mantra so often its very hard to listen to and be able to focus on the other characters. The concept and plot is reasonable and the reader is excellent but I feel for the most part not listenable.
