Yes, it was a great story with many intertwining storeylines. It was more than just a romance book. It moved me to tears and it had happy moments.
The love of a friend for a friend and a man for a woman and the caring of siblings are all here. It's worth it.The cancer part of the story hit me particularly. I have breast cancer that I am dealing with totally differently than her friend. There are other options other than surgery, chemo and dying. And don't eat sugar if you have cancer.
Quite a few, the book was well written. I hope to read more from this author.
The story was great.
I would compare it to The Search also by Nora Roberts, both very well written.
I enjoyed Brody as well as Reese.
It was easy to empathize with Reese, she went through a lot.
It was well narrated also.
Make the romance less crude. I enjoy romance read a lot of it, have really enjoyed some of Nora Roberts other books more than the romance in this one.
I would haave preferred a woman narrator.
yes, it was a good story and very good to listen to
a little romance a little intrigue and good characters
no I spread it out and enjoyed coming back to it
Yes and no. I guess I didn't fully like her for her ineptness, wearing shoes that didn't fit, carrying a monster pack, not having enough money, etc. I did still listen to the whole book. It did express what she felt and the learning that took place in her life from taking this trip. I would have liked to hear a little more about the scenery and what she felt about that also along the trail. I guess we can all be inept during our life and she showed what she dealt with during this time. Parts I enjoyed listening to more than others.
Not as a guide or story about the Pacific Crest Trail, maybe if someone wants to learn about themselves and find a different way to search within themselves for whatever they need to learn.
This is a first. She did a good job.
I guess so.
