Yes. I have listened to it twice since purchasing it and will listen to it again.
The scene where ulric takes keely to the loch to die. I cried real tears. It was almost like I was there watching along with everyone in the book. I felt every emotion
Kirsten used her voice to make you feel the emotions of the characters. The cadence of her voice allowed to you close your eyes and literally picture the faces of the people. I swear I could feel the cold of the winter. It was her voice along with maya's writing that made me actually cry when ulric and everyone at the keep thought keely was going to die.
I cried, laughed and got angry and felt joy when keely and ulric finally got their happy-ever-after.
I decided to purchase this in audio after reading the print version. The story is great! The passion and emotion of the main characters just jumped out the printed page at you.
The narrator was awful. I was so disappointed. She brought no personality,no emotion to the story at all. She actually read the story like it she couldn't wait to be done with it. I will be careful not to purchase anymore audio books with Leslie Bellair as the narrator.
Anything that Roslyn Landor narrates turns into PURE GOLD for me! She has one of the best voices i've heard. She makes a good story Great!! Read on Ros!!!!!!!!!!
