The narrator did a good job with lula's voice. There were some funny lines.
On the downside, the voice of Stephanie was all wrong and having a female do the male voices just ruined the story. A woman saying "Babe" as ranger was unconvincing and detracted from the experience. Should've been two narrators since there are so many male characters.

I think the series may have gone everywhere it can. Maybe develop Lula as a character and venture off onto new materia.

would not pay for this audiobook. Probably OK as a book you read yourself.

Probably in the second 20%. There were a few I really loved and this would be right behind those. Definitely would recommend

The narration of this book was extraordinary. I'm going to read the book myself and see if I can even come close in my imagination to the wonderful job done by the actors.

There was just something missing about the character development. I enjoyed the book overall though and would recommend to a friend.

This is by far my favorite audiobook to date. The story is really good but it's the choice of narrator that makes this work so well. Craig Wasson envelopes the characters in a way that is hard to describe. I now know what the old time stories on the radio must've been like - The characters feel true to life and the settings are portrayed by the writer so that you feel like you are there watching the action. The plot is not new- time travel and JFK assisination. However, mixing these things in a unique way keeps the story fresh and interesting. I am actually only more than halfway done but wanted others to know this one is a good choice!
