Beneath Helen’s beautiful façade, Alistair finds a courageous and sensual woman. A woman who doesn’t back away from his surliness—or his scars. But just as he begins to believe in true love, Helen’s secret past threatens to tear them apart. Now both Beast and Beauty must fight for the one thing neither believed they could ever find—a happy ever after.

Kathryn Parry says: "Beauty and the Beast"
    "Loved everything about this book!!!"

  • Captivated by You: Crossfire Series, Book 4

    • UNABRIDGED (12 hrs and 14 mins)
    • By Sylvia Day
    • Narrated By Jill Redfield, Jeremy York
    • Whispersync for Voice-ready

Gideon calls me his angel, but he's the miracle in my life. My gorgeous, wounded warrior, so determined to slay my demons while refusing to face his own. The vows we'd exchanged should have bound us tighter than blood and flesh. Instead they opened old wounds, exposed pain and insecurities, and lured bitter enemies out of the shadows. I felt him slipping from my grasp, my greatest fears becoming my reality, my love tested in ways I wasn't sure I was strong enough to bear.

    Ex-Student says: "What... what?!?!?"
    "SKIP IT"
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This could have been a 4 or 5 star listen if the Author did more than make this book a filler book. The author clearly was dragging this out so she could have a 5th book. This was the same content over and over.

What was most disappointing about Sylvia Day’s story?

There was really nothing new. The entire book was disappointing!!!

What does Jill Redfield and Jeremy York bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

They did an awesome job. They bring feeling and emotions that you just can't get when just reading the book.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Any additional comments?

If you are feeling like you can't not listen to this book, wait until the fifth is released. That way you won't be as disappointed, you could go right into the last book.

But can she catch a killer before the killer catches up to her?

    Annette says: "Very fun listen"
    "so so"
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Not really. This book seemed like it lasted forever.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

The constant "am I pregnant or not" was exhausting. I would have enjoyed the book more if she took the test and continued the investigation just because she was curious that Richard actually committed the crime. Maddie just looked like a stupid needy girl!!

What about Caroline Shaffer’s performance did you like?

The whole narration was done very well. That is probably the only reason i continued listening.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

  • Allegiant: Divergent Trilogy, Book 3

    • UNABRIDGED (11 hrs and 55 mins)
    • By Veronica Roth
    • Narrated By Emma Galvin, Aaron Stanford
    • Whispersync for Voice-ready

What if your whole world was a lie? What if a single revelation - like a single choice - changed everything? What if love and loyalty made you do things you never expected? The explosive conclusion to Veronica Roth's #1 New York Times best-selling Divergent trilogy reveals the secrets of the dystopian world that has captivated millions of listeners in Divergent and Insurgent.

Judy says: "What a let down!"
    "So Upset and Disappointed"

I am so upset and disappointed by this book. I don't understand how you can build up such a great storyline to just destroy it. I really don't know how to explain this without giving away to much. What happens in the third book completely voids the first two books.

Knowing what I know now, i would never had read the first two books.

I say pass on reading this book and go with how you thought it would end. If you thought this is a ride into the sunset kind of book, you are wrong.

    Complete waste :(

Call Me Irresistible is the book Susan Elizabeth Phillips's readers have long awaited. They're ready to take center stage in a saucy, funny, and highly addictive tale fans will love.

Amazon Customer says: "SEP is Back In The Game!! Loved It!"
    "loved it"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

i would and i have already. The characters are as always easy to relate with. The story is so cute and funny.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved the journey Meg took finding herself and proving to herself that she was a capable person. I loved how Meg and Teddy interacted. I loved how it was real life, with the bickering and the way that love just happens.

What does Shannon Cochran bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She had a lot of feeling in her words not just reading off a page.

    Any additional comments?

Don't go just by reveiws in your decision to listen. The reviews of some almost made me skip this amazing book
