"The Human Lie Detector"
No, because I have heard it. There are other Abby Cooper stories I haven't heard yet.
It did keep me listening and I got the next book in the series.
The sisters sounded similar.
Your pants are burning.
"Don't mess with Mercy"
Yes. You have a fabulous narrator reading this series. If I would have read this to myself I would have heard the narrators voice in my head anyway because I got the audible version of all the prior books.
Her closest friends knew something was wrong right away when she started taking orders.
Her voices are wonderful. I have heard her read the whole story and it just wouldn't be the same with anyone else. I actually look for books based on the work she has done.
Yes, but the whole Mercy Thompson series is one of my favorites. I have listened to all of them more than once.
"I Discovered a Discovery of Witches"
I would definitely refer it.
Matthew's halloween in the states with the young kids seems memorable. He has a soft spot for young vampires.
This is the first book by Jennifer that I have heard. I definitely will look into some of her other performances.
There is no way possible to listen in one sitting. It took me three days and I thought that was equivalent to "I can't put it down"
I will be buying the sequel shortly since it was not wrapped up at the end of this book.
"I love this series"
I had to download the next in the series when I finished this book. This book is right in line with the first two books in this series. I would read this series in order if I were you.
I guess it is like Stephanie Plum with paranormal shapeshifters. The humor is there and the struggle between the men in her life makes it real similar.
I have heard a Stephanie Plum book from her. It does compare well which is amazing since people in Washington do not sound like people from Jersey.
I liked how she handled with Jessie got hurt. It shows she is already a big part of that pack.
"Meet Eve Dallas"
I liked the world the author created in the future where gun shot wounds are foreign to them.
The plot kept me interested in seeing if I was right about who the villian was.
I haven't heard other books she has done.
No extreme reactions, but it is possible since the subject matter is kind of upsetting.
"New to the Sophie Katz series"
It should be about the same as reading it. After all, it is unabridged.
The house burning scene.
Never heard her before.
Beware of ex's selling you a house.
"Didn't finish listening"
I am not sure if I know anyone to recommend this to.
Maybe a little more character development. I found I did not care.
I am not convinced that the performance was the bad part.
Indifference. Boredom.
"Enjoyed it."
The thoughtfulness of the ending.
The world revolves around Katniss, especially since she is the voice of the novel.
No, but I will look into other books she has read.
The rebels storm the... oh wait I think Return of the Jedi already took that.
I couldn't stop listening until it was done.
"There actually was a grave in this story!"
Yes, if they had read the first book in the series. I don't feel you can jump in without reading the first book.
The family dealing with each other towards the end.
I figure Cookie is a two pack a day character
Yes, cause I work 10 days
The author talked about her influences for how she created Charley, and I liked all of them.
"Loved It"
I did not read the print version, but I did really enjoy the audio
Her date with the snake was memorable.
Bath was a good character.
I didn't have an extreme reaction like laughing or crying, but I did want to listen until it was done.
