Fairy tales are rich sources of sexual fantasy - sexy slippers, mattresses piled high, dominatrix witches, lustful princes, naked emporers.... Seasoned erotica author Mitzi Szereto restores the sex in the 15 tales in this provocative book - and adds a few surprises of her own. Here the bawdy humor of French fable meets the sublime eroticism of ancient Chinese myth as a far-from-virginal damsel weds a Prince Charming with a shoe fetish. Little Rid Riding Hood discovers Grandma's bed is open to any stray wolf.

What would have made In Sleeping Beauty's Bed better?

No long winded summery of where the tale came from. I didn't care and I don't think that anyone buying a story with erotic in the title will ether.

What was most disappointing about Mitzi Szereto’s story?

This is the lest erotic book I've ever listened to that had erotic in the title. I mean vary little sex, most of the stories feel like it was made buy 12 year olds who don't yet know what erotic really is. I think Mitzi Szereto wanted to retale the old fairy tales but was told that with out sex they would sell. So you get stories where the worst thing is red riding hood flashing her skirts. I really do believe that was the worst thing in that whole story. Did I say 12 year olds yet? I should have guessed at how bad this was going to be from the long winded summery of each tales history.

Have you listened to any of Lucky Summer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, however Summer's performances was good, it's too bad that they had to wast her time reading this set of works.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    disappointment.

    Any additional comments?

If your looking for a real erotic book go far far away from this. It really is sad.

Already faster and more powerful than the last 17 species that they have destroyed or subjugated, the Krall have set their sights on humankind. After testing humans on their future home world of Koban and finding them worthy opponents, the Krall start a war of slow extermination with the rest of humanity. The war is intended to last generations as they apply their own version of "natural selection" to cull their weaker warriors in combat, purifying the Krall gene pool with their finest warriors for breeding.

I really enjoyed book 1 but I love how the story has gone in this second helping of Koban. If you enjoyed book one you'll like this even better. Just make sure to get book one first, the description doesn't make it clear that this is the second book. Also the Narration of book 2 is a great improvement over book ones but book one is still a good book and should defiantly be one you pick up. Can't wait for book 3 and 4!

We colonized 700 planets. Humankind enjoyed the benefits of expansion room and the end of wars. We even disbanded our military. Then the Krall found us. The Krall have used thousands of years of combat to select the genes of the strongest and fastest warriors. They are a species determined to dominate the entire galaxy, through destruction and annihilation of every opponent.

Koban is an uninhabited high-gravity planet with impossibly fast savage animals, which employ organic superconducting nerves. This deadly world is where the Krall tested humans for war capability.

    Story

The best part of this is the story by far. Koban is one of the best Sci-Fi books to come out recently. Its world and characters pull you in and make you want to like them, I even found my self liking some of the bad guys. The only bad thing about this is the odd way of the narrator, it felt like he was reading it sentence by sentence. I swear I could hear the pause after each sentence and it was pulling me out of the audiobook. One of the side effects of this is also you don't feel the true flow of the book. Both the normal conversations between characters and action scenes end up feeling the same.

We're the D'Artigo sisters: Half-human, half-Faerie, we're savvy---and sexy---operatives for the Otherworld Intelligence Agency. But our mixed-blood heritage short-circuits our talents at all the wrong times. My sister Camille is a wicked-good witch whose magic is as unpredictable as the weather. My sister Delilah transforms into a tabby cat at the worst possible times. And me? I'm Menolly, acrobat-extraordinaire-turned-vampire.

    Overall

I love these books each sister has her own life and not all of the book deal with the seals, some just deal with a sisters own problems and past. Of all of the sisters Menolly's is my faverite. This book deals with secret societys, demons, and why you shouldn't play with magic you don't understand. You know all the good things in life.
