"Churchill"
Very well done book about one of history's most interesting characters. The book is comprehensive, and delves into all the back stories during WSC's amazing life and times.
"Mitch Rapp"
Interesting, current, installment in the Mitch Rapp series. Some issues don't flow smoothly, but the book holds your interest and delves into Washington politics. It is well set up for another sequel.
"Grant"
Very interesting story about a remarkable man. Well presented with excellent understanding of the subject.
"Pawtucket"
This is a very interesting book not only for baseball fans, but also for those who enjoy hearing how people and lives evolve over time. The author, who is also the narrator, skillfully sets the scene for us in 1981, and then switches seamlessly to events prior and subsequent to the longest baseball game ever played.
"Subject Rip Off"
I was disappointed in this book because it seemed that the main character, from his description, personal history, and even colleagues, was directly related to, and almost taken from, the Jack Reacher series of books by Lee Child. The story, as well, was quite predictable. In short, I expected much more from a David Baldacci novel.
"Enjoyable"
A bit too "teach-y" at times, particularly at the end, but did enjoy his take on it all. Certainly provided a lot of food for thought!
