My future was about to be completely thrown off track because Della Sloane was under my skin, and I had to have her. I couldn’t ignore it anymore . . . I’d gotten close enough to her to see deeper. Della Sloane is not your average girl. Yearning to break free of her dark and sheltered past and the memories of the illness that claimed her mother, Della plans a solo road trip to experience real life on her own terms.

While looking for something new I decided to take a chance on this book & I'm so glad I did. From the very first line you know you're not listening to just another boy meets girls and have some trouble in-between. Abbi Glines has some great story ideas that keep you listening. And even if you're not crazy about the story, narrator Sebastian York will keep you listening. He has to have one for the sexiest voices I have yet to hear. He certainly makes it worth while.

After college, Ryan Kowalski decided to leave Whitford, Maine, rather than watch Lauren Carpenter marry another man. Now his siblings need his help to refurbish the family-owned Northern Star Lodge and he's forced to face the past sooner rather than later when he collars a vandal - and learns the boy is Lauren's son.... The last person Lauren needs back in her life is Ryan Kowalski. With a bitter ex-husband and a moody teenage son, she has enough man trouble already. But her son needs to learn a few lessons about right and wrong, even if Lauren has to escort him to Ryan's door every day to work off his crime.

This is a typical cute and predictable romance story. I did enjoy the fact that one of the main characters was a divorced mother with a teenager. That gave the couple an interesting trail to work through. The plot also leads a forehead slapping moment when both the teen son and difficult ex-husband discover the couple in bed.

Heartbreaking decisions: Evie was almost seduced by the life of comfort that Death offered her - until Jack was threatened by two of the most horrific Arcana, The Lovers. She will do anything to save him, even escape Death's uncanny prison, full of beautiful objects, material comforts - and stolen glances from a former love.

I had been counting down the days to this book's release for weeks and the excitement continued throughout the whole book UNTIL THE END. I could have swore this was to be a trilogy so one could image my response to it being a cliffhanger. This book is so filled with action and intrigue of all kinds that when it ended while in the middle of another nail bitting moment I truly screamed "NOOOOOO" out loud. Luckily I was home. I'm going insane with the thought of enduring yet another year for the 4th and what Kresely now claims to be final book. As usual Emma Galvin's amazing narration takes an already phenomenal story to the next level.

My name is Amelia Gray. I'm a cemetery restorer who sees ghosts. In order to protect myself from the parasitic nature of the dead, I've always held fast to these rules passed down from my father…until now. Detective John Devlin needs my help to find a killer, but he is haunted by ghosts who shadow his every move. To warn him would be to invite them into my life. I've vowed to keep my distance, but the pull of his magnetism grows ever stronger even as the headstone symbols lead me closer to truth and to the gossamer veil that separates this world from the next.

Despite it's interesting intro with this new take on another character that sees ghost, the first few chapters were pretty slow moving. So much so that I almost returned the book but by the middle the pace and plot picked up. By the end of the book I couldn't wait to get the next one. Glad I didn't give up.

My name is Amelia Gray. They call me The Graveyard Queen. I've been commissioned to restore an old cemetery in Asher Falls, South Carolina, but I'm coming to think I have another purpose here. Why is there a cemetery at the bottom of Bell Lake? Why am I drawn time and again to a hidden grave I've discovered in the woods? Something is eating away at the soul of this town - this withering kingdom - and it will only be restored if I can uncover the truth.

Like the first book, it had a slow start but it had just enough intrigue to keep me listen. By the end of the book I couldn't wait to get the next. One of the few ghost series out there that actually has a different take rather than the obvious and predicable plots.

I had been waiting on pins and needles for this book and was a bit disappointed. Not sure if it was the narrator that didn't work for me but the book just seemed to drag on. The saving grace was the ending that picked up a bit with some action and an interesting intro to the author's next book. Hope next book is better than this one.

The author has developed a fun and amazing character in Charley Davidson that you won't be able to get enough of. Laughter, romance, and supernatural beings, what more can you ask for.

Pinkalicious can’t believe it: The mayor has canceled Halloween because a storm has knocked out the town’s power. No Halloween means no Halloween candy. No Halloween jack-o'-lanterns. No Halloween trick-or-treating. No Halloween holiday parties. And worst of all, no Halloween costumes. Pinkalicious has the perfect Pinkagirl costume and she absolutely has to wear it. Superhero Pinkagirl would find a way to save Halloween, and Pinkalicious decides she will, too. All she needs to do is figure out a way to get the town’s lights back on.

I give it to the Cast Girls they keep you reading and looking forward to the next book even when your ready to cut them off. The first few books suck you in with the characters and plots but by the 8th book all that made you love them annoys you. Even Neferet has gone from bad ass to "Really Now". Truly if it wasn't for Caitlin Davies narrations I couldn't have gotten through it. That being said Redeemed has a decent enough ending to a lingering series for those who feel the way I do i.e. "I'm done with this series but I can not not listen to it." Thanks so much for the good times but glad to say Good-Bye.

After looking forward to the finale it was very disappointing once I finally got to hear it. The book is incredibly long and just drags the story out way too much. I was even able to doze off for a half hour and didn't miss a thing or lose my place since the story still had not moved on. Sadly the few highlights are ruined because the narrators are just some of the worse I've ever heard. If you're a fan as I was you probably won't be able to help but get this book to know how it end but trust me you're better off reading some Spoiler Alerts someone is sure to have out there. Save your money.
