Ethan Wate used to think of Gatlin, the small Southern town he had always called home, as a place where nothing ever changed. Then he met mysterious newcomer Lena Duchannes, who revealed a secret world that had been hidden in plain sight all along. A Gatlin that harbored ancient secrets beneath its moss-covered oaks and cracked sidewalks.

Would you consider the audio edition of Beautiful Darkness to be better than the print version?

    No

Would you be willing to try another one of Kevin T. Collins’s performances?

Maybe. If he promises never to attempt a british accent EVER again. Liv just sounds like Stewie Griffin from the Family Guy.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Not as much as the first.

    Any additional comments?

It really bugged me that he made Liv sound like Stewie Griffin. I really hate that show and it ruined Liv's character for me.

Spicier than gingerbread and nuttier than a fruitcake, the world of Plum has never been merrier! This Plum-crazy Christmas tale "is clearly a Christmas present from Evanovich to the legions of fans of Stephanie Plum," raves Booklist.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

The book would have been better if it hadn't went so far off in left field with the mythical charecters.

Would you ever listen to anything by Janet Evanovich again?

    yes

What character would you cut from Visions of Sugar Plums?

    the magical ones
