A collection of essays about what change has to teach us and the ways God uses the changes in our lives to shape, challenge, heal, and remake us.

Listening to this audiobook felt like getting away for a weekend with my best friend and listening to her share her stories with me. Although the specifics of my own struggles may be different, I find inspiration in the wisdom and insights the author shared. My courage and my resolve have been renewed, and for this I am grateful.

What if our beliefs were not what divided us, but what pulled us together? In Have a Little Faith, Mitch Albom offers a beautifully written story of a remarkable eight-year journey between two worlds - two men, two faiths, two communities - that will inspire readers everywhere.

This book takes the reader through glimpses of two men's journeys in life. Reading it made me laugh out loud, cry with heartache, and relish in the sweetness of the peace these men found as they devoted their (very different) lives to God. It was a joy to read this book.

Clare and Henry have known each other since Clare was six and Henry was 36. They were married when Clare was 23 and Henry was 31. Impossible but true, because Henry is one of the first people diagnosed with Chrono-Displacement Disorder: periodically his genetic clock resets and he finds himself misplaced in time, pulled to moments of emotional gravity from his life, past and future. His disappearances are spontaneous, his experiences unpredictable, alternately harrowing and amusing.

Joey says: "One of my favorite books"
    "Obscene Language and Vulgar Content"
    Overall

I had to stop listening to this audiobook when I was only about halfway through. I simply couldn't handle hearing the obscene language and vulgar content anymore! The F-word is used many, many times, and a number of scenes are too graphic for me to continue reading. THIS BOOK SHOULD BE "RATED R," and I wish I'd known that BEFORE I wasted hours listening to half of it!
