    If you could sum up A Town Like Alice in three words, what would they be?

    I really enjoyed this book and was surprised that it was written long ago. A good book to listen to while children are in the car. Loved the Australian accents but some of the Aussie slang was very repetitive.

    I loved his book "A Fine Balance". This one is not quite as good. This would be a good book to listen to with older children. Good moral story and you learn about the culture in India.

    I would recommend this book to the casual reader. A great first audible book. A Good "Beach" book. Not very taxing on the brain but it was enjoyable.
