With too much left to do and not much time left to do it in, the surviving staff of After the End Times must face mad scientists, zombie bears, rogue government agencies - and if there's one thing they know is true in post-zombie America, it's this: Things can always get worse. Blackout is the conclusion to the epic trilogy that includesFeed and Deadline.

Where does Blackout rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is one of my top ten this year. Surprisingly I was unable to anticipate what would happen next. It kept my interest until the end.

Which character – as performed by Paula Christensen and Michael Goldstrom – was your favorite?

I just loved Georgia and Shawn. They are the best characters in the trillogy

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

The truth comes in many fashions.

    Any additional comments?

I believe this is one of the top 3 series I have read so far. I bought FEED only because it was on sale and was so pleased that I now search all sales for another unusual lucky pick.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The pacing of the book is slow and steady. It needs more tension to increase interest and keep you wanting to turn the preverbal page

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Maybe a preface beforehand about the Indian culture involved, more character development. The characters were a little flat

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

Good narration but he didn't change the speed an detention often enough

Was Nightwing worth the listening time?

Yes, for sure, that's why I was so frustrated by the things I mentioned in the review

What did you love best about Soul Catcher?

Looked at the challenges different people have when there culture and religion is not shared by the majority of people. Very philosophical and challenging book.

Yes, but not because of the storyline. The need to continue reading is based on the need to uncover your own opinions and compare and contrast them to the authors.

Which character – as performed by Scott Brick – was your favorite?

    The soul catcher

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The ending was extremely moving and touching.
