Not as good as I expected because I really enjoy Deepak Chopra, but this books has some good tips for troubled sleepers.
This audiobook was very uplifting and motivational. I not only listened, but felt the message the author was giving.
This book has AWESOME information. It has really gotten me into looking further into my mood disorder, as to what's really going on!
I've listened to/read some of her work before and I thought this book gave a lot of great insight. She reminds us of the intuitive power we already have and how to discover its voice!
