Mystery writer and dabbling recreational sleuth Sophie Katz is head over heels in love--with a three-bedroom Victorian. She's just got to have it, despite a few drawbacks. Her slimy ex is the Realtor. The rich, creepy seller wants her to join San Francisco's spirited Specter Society. And her first tour of the house reveals, well, a lifeless body clutching a cameo with a disturbing history of its own.

Amazon Customer says: "Sophie Katz Rules!"
    "Most annoying narrator"
    Overall

I actually think I liked this book. But, the narrator was SO annoying. She had this weird way of ending most of her sentences and, well, it is enough to never have me listening to her again. It was just so unnatural. Sorry Ms. Katz.

On the far side of the world, deep in former Soviet Central Asia, lies a stronghold called the Crossroads. It is run with an iron fist by a brutal warlord calling himself Sala Jihan. He is far more than a petty dictator, for Jihan holds the fate of nations in his grasp. To save a world slipping into chaos, Jihan must either fall or be controlled.

If you could sum up Swords of Exodus in three words, what would they be?

    Non stop action

What does Bronson Pinchot bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His narration is excellent. Best I've heard in 100+ listens

    Any additional comments?

This series is off to a great start with 2 very strong books. Bronson Pinchot is ridiculously talented and his narration is the best I've heard. Can not wait for book 3.

What did you love best about Dead Six?

    Bronson Pinchot

Who was your favorite character and why?

    Lorenzo. Cheeky bugger!

Which character – as performed by Bronson Pinchot – was your favorite?

Lorenzo & his 2 associates. Loved it all, really.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Gotta admit to laughing at times...probably something I'd not have done had I read the book. Mr. Pinchot's voices were just SO good at times that I couldn't help but giggle. Especially @ Reaper!

    Any additional comments?

Immediately got Book 2 and am onboard for #3
