    The story begins in 1962.     What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

    Nothing was wrong with the narrator and the quality of the sound. They were excellent.


    What was most disappointing about Jess Walter’s story?

    However, the beginning of the story was just all over the place, introducing new characters every chapter. I couldn't even remember the names of people by the time it got to Chapter 4. I was so disoriented that I actually re-started the book 3 times, but I still couldn't get into it. I stopped listening, even though I know the story overall must be great, considering such high ratings.

    The storyline was so exciting I couldn't stop listening. The narrator is also amazing as well. Highly recommended.
