Meet Emily and Paul: The parents of two young children, Emily is the newly promoted VP of marketing at a large corporation while Paul works from home or from clients' offices as an independent IT consultant. Their lives, like all of ours, are filled with a bewildering blizzard of emails, phone calls, yet more emails, meetings, projects, proposals, and plans. Yes, I would recommend this book to others. It has taught me things about the way I process thoughts.

    Any additional comments?

Since I have listened to this book, I perceive situations differently. I now know why I handle myself the way I do in certain situations, and have learned strategies to help me prevent situations from getting worse. Truly a self help book.

Bud, Not Buddy, a Newbery Medal winner, is full of laugh-out-loud humor and wonderful characters, hitting the high notes of jazz and sounding the deeper tones of the Great Depression.

My 10 year old and I listened to this book as we drove from Georgia to New York, and it was a great listen. We both enjoyed it very much. The authors tone was humorous, and the ending was quite a surprise.
