"Really good"
Great narratrion. I felt pulled ito the story. It was easy to follow, short, to the point and nicely descriptive.
"Great Insight!"
I found the book informative and funny. The narrator had a nice tone to his voice and read at a good pace. I saw myself in many of the questions. Sure, many have been answered similarly, but not generally with such explanation. It felt good to know that I wasn't the only one with questions. Even "common sense" things like "men like sex" were explained in great detail and with interesting insight.
With 5000 men and women polled to make up the research for this book, there were a lot of questions. Most of those tended to be what you'd expect. The surprising things were the answers the men gave. Zinczenko states that men and women really do feel alike in their wants and needs, then he begins to build his case quite thoroughly.
Best of all, the author lays it all out in little chunks. At the end of each chapter a section called, "Say This Tonight" leads the transition to the next chapter. I found this helpful for stopping purposes.
"Wonderful!"
This book has a nice feel to it. The narrator read with much warmth, like she was speaking, making this feel like a story being shared among friends. Lots of emotion was woven throughout the text. I thoroughly enjoyed each part of the book, and was enchanted by the author's personal growth. Highly recommended!
"Light & Easy"
Good narration. Simple story that is easy to follow. Some of the exploits are fun to listen to. Nothing really too steamy though.
"Fun"
Cute and fun. Good narrating gets into each story making each sound more like conversation than a book. Not overly kinky, more romantic.
"Excellent!"
Take a look at yourself and have a good laugh. This book let me do just that! Don't you think we all take most things way too seriously? Where has all the fun gone? Loretta tells, in her typically funny way, us to slow down and enjoy life! Good and well needed advice!
"Refreshing, Well Worth It."
This book is witty, charming, and full of useful advice. The ten exercises are simple enough to understand and to incorporate into one's life.
I found after the first couple of exercises that my overall life perceptions and views were changing and that my moods were improving.
I highly recommend this wonderfully refreshing book!
"Good Advice, but takes work. But Still Good!!"
I really liked this book. It gave easy to do exercises and tips for acheiving great orgasms. One thing...the book does require (in my opinion) that you keep a notebook or journal handy to write down the various tips and to chart the exercises you do. Don't be afraid of or frustrated by the amoun of time it takes to do the exercises, because (speaking from experience) IT'S BEEN WORTH IT!!
"OK, but Not Great"
I have mixed feelings on this one. It seems to drone, but there is good info in the programs. I would not suggest listening to this while driving for fear of falling asleep during some segments. I prefer to listen while falling asleep. I can use some of the tidbbits in my classroom, but overall think the interviews are long and just drone on and on. If you want a really GREAT download, try Wait, Wait...Don't Tell Me. THAT is EXCELLENT!!
"GREAT BOOK!"
I got this book the day it came to my local bookstore. It was worth it! After my husband read it, I got a lot out of it :) So, I have it now on Audibles and will listen with hubby which should lead to great conversations and more... This is really great for those stuck in a rut, or looking for new techniques, or just trying something to add a bit (I mean a great deal) of SPICE to a relationship.
