If you could sum up Rock Hard in three words, what would they be?

    Hot, Hard, Sexy

What was one of the most memorable moments of Rock Hard?

many, Sed, has turned out to BE very lovable! I listened out of order as I was interested in the characters and not just the sequence. this was a mistake. Each book builds to the next one very well. If you purchased out of order, no worries as Cunning blends so very well. She has done this the best so far of all the new authors I have purchased.

Which character – as performed by Justine O. Keef – was your favorite?

Eric, but he has so many funny lines. She does the main character in each book so very well and still manages to keep their personalities

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I have been listening to all the sinners books straight through. I am going to miss these guys after Eric story is published.

Remember, these are Erotic romance and very hard core, if you do not like that genre, then
    these are not for you.

    Any additional comments?

Not sure if Cunning is going to write Dare's story, but he is hot and not to be missed

Where does Fever rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

If you are a long time fan of E.L., then you will enjoy hearing this story you most likely read years ago. This a long with Too Hot to Handle, Fire and Rain are some of EL earlier works that can break your heart but have a HEAE

Who was your favorite character and why?

Boss Mac of course, plain old macho man

Would you be willing to try another one of Laural Merlington’s performances?

NO, she is a most talented and respected reader, but her male voice has ruined some great reads for me ie: Valley of the Sun. There are many stories I have passed on as she just does not do it for me. Tanya Elby is another one who ruined Sandra Brown's Exclusive.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

yes, when boss Mac realizes our heroine is poor

    Any additional comments?

Please audible, bring out Fire and Rain and too hot to handle...even if it is the same reader. The cooking scenes are so good and they warm your heart. EL does this best.

Where does The Last of the Red-Hot Vampires rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I needed humor and this book came through. I am not a true paranormal or fantasy fan, but this one was creative and had lots of simple uncomplicated laughs.

Who was your favorite character and why?

    our heroine of course...true friend

What does Karen White bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I love her reading voice of males and she gets what the authors want for a reading pace/story line. Try her Julie James series...catch her "hey"

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

this one had a different spin on a love story...as it had humor, mystery, and hot sex too

    Any additional comments?

I purchased this author due to Karen White. I do not think I want to try this author with the other readers unless reviews are great.

If you could sum up Hard Rock Arrangement in three words, what would they be?

    creative, hot, H.E.A.E

What other book might you compare Hard Rock Arrangement to and why?

Actually, this story was erotica and core romance combined with a good old fashion ending. I liked this story as it was not dark as so many FSOG spin offs can be.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

I purchased before the bad reviews on reader came out. I decided to listen to a couple of chapters and finished the book in one setting. Reader does poor male voices, if male at all, but the author's choice of content and cadence balanced it out. Reader's female voice was Ok, good in fact, and I caught a few words which made me suspect this reader's AKA/other performances. How a reader can make male and female voice enjoyable ie Karen White, Natalie Ross, Gabra Zackman, and of course the late great Ms Anna Fields is so hard to find. As the other reviewers said, no to this author if same reader on other stories. BUT this one should not be missed.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It left me with a good old fashion good feeling when I finished. For a hard rock story, it was not dark, but creative for a change...a fairly simple listen with a happy ending

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Actually, I did like this book. A little better editing and this would be a great listen. I disagree with other reviewers, but I purchased for $4.95 so it was worth the price for a good inventive story. The liked the humor, including the holy rollers. I did not think it was over done. With all the FSOG material, which has been over done, I wanted a lighter story line and got it with the Holy rollers.

Would you recommend Somebody to Love to your friends? Why or why not?

I have been on a LOL roll, and finding these stories are not easy. Rachel Gibson is my current new author as I ran out of Julie James/Karen White. I tried The Best Man, and the reader ruined the dialogue for me. That story fell flat. I decide to try a few chapters to see if this reader did a better job on this story and I was very surprised how well she did.

What does Justine Eyre bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I gave Ms Eyre a very bad review on G.A.Akin, Jacquelyn Frank and Larissa Ione Supernatural mixed stories. I take it back, big time. After I listened to this book, I went back and listed to the book I had stopped. What a great 2nd round try. I realized, if you are not in the mood, stop, because YOU may not be in the mood at the time. Since we can not change our ratings, I tend to add/change my opinion when a new review op comes up on the reader. (JE reading of G.A. Akin, is great, now that I have my mind in the right place.)
Sorry Ms Eyre for jumping the gun. My apologies.

Do you think Somebody to Love needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Not sure on this question. Carrying humor in a core romance is not ez. It is hard to have
a happy ending without first having some drama. This was a sequel to Maggie story and I have not listen to that one as it has mixed reviews.

    Any additional comments?

Since I have hundreds to listen, I think I will wait before buying Maggie story. I have a lot of Jill Shavis stories to listen before I tackle more of KH stories. I do not like amy rubinate as a reader, the best man, so NO to those books read by her.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

yes, as the sweet don't give up attitude keeps YOUR spirits up

Who was your favorite character and why?

our heroine, fun is a part of life

Which character – as performed by Susan Bennett – was your favorite?

no one in particular, she has good pace and tone to match the story. She could use a bit deeper male, but this did not detract from the story as so many of the poor women who are now reading can ruin a good story. Reviewers said she was the best. Hint Nicole Poole is AKA, Justine O'Keef

If you could rename Nothing but Trouble, what would you call it?

    title good,no change

    Any additional comments?

If ms Bennett reads as an A.K.A, It would be great to know it. She did a fab job on this one and even better on True Love and other Disasters. If only one to buy, buy True love first. This is good, but if I had to pick this is 2nd.

Would you listen to True Love and Other Disasters again? Why?

yes, a good listen due to a good editor. At first, I thought Susan E. Phillips take off, but after listening to this and Nothing but trouble, I know a good writer when I hear it. R.G. has the right stuff. S.E.P stuff is different as I have most all of her books. (sep, latest are just not good enough for me to buy). So yes, after an hour you realize that the outline has many similarities, of It Had to be YOU, but both are a great listen and lots of fun. Who doesn't want more fun?

What was one of the most memorable moments of True Love and Other Disasters?

when our hero is sitting in the locker room for the photo shoot, and our heroine places her foot on the bench.

Have you listened to any of Susan Bennett’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

this is a first listen for S.B and she does an excellent job. She has the pace and tone just right. Yes, she could have a deeper male voice, but the tone and pace made up for the lack of a deeper male voice. This is so tricky for so many women readers. Natalie Ross has one of the best male voices as does Gabra Zackman and some Karen White

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

yes, when our hero reviews our heroines assets from the magazine

    Any additional comments?

I wanted some humor and ended up buying many of R.G. books all at once. So far, I have not been disappointed. Humor makes the medicine of life much easier.

no as I own way too many to even get to listen, but this was a good one. Kept you on the edge

What did you like best about this story?

I purchased this as the late great Anna Fields is the reader. I have purchased as much as I can that she reads. Lisa Gardner fans will love this one. If you want a new author, this is a good one. There is humor in the dialogue for a mystery, which I like from our hero.

She brought this short, not the usual, sandra brown story to real life. It was a real shame Enid Graham did not do more of S.B. recordings...she had a way with a story. Another reader, Jenna Stern also was not used as much.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

What did you love best about Knight of a Trillion Stars?

this is not a current genre. this book was a #1 seller in the 90's...so if you were a Dara Joy fan, then you waited so very long for this big seller...hence the other listener reviews.

What did you like best about this story?

This story was one of the big sellers of the original paranormal type writing. If you like a good old fashion paranormal core romance, then this is for you. I waited so long for these 3 books to be recorded...they did not disappoint a collector of paperback romance.

What aspect of Rebecca Cook’s performance would you have changed?

She is Ok. I was so glad to get these books, that I downloaded some of her other works when I first started audible. I only have a few I love, late great Anna fields, Natalie Ross, Gabra Zackman and Karen White. All do yummy male voices.
