Not as good as the first book (Bearers of the Black Staff) but a job well done in following up with the characters. Intrigued me enough to want to hear more about Shannara.
Audrey Niffenegger has written a phenomenal story. I couldn't put it down! I highly recommend this book! The book, like so many others, is a million times better than the movie. Worth the credit!
Moning does a wonderful job continuing the Fae Fever story with Danny O' Malley. This one was just as fun and exciting as the others. And Phil Gigante is always a pleasure to listen to ;)
I have really enjoyed the series thus far and this one doesn't disappoint. Molly is witty as ever and I found myself laughing out loud a couple of times. I can usually guess what comes next but this one surprised me a bit. Amanda Ronconi also does a wonderful job narrating the story.
Overal a great insight into how men think! The author does come from a Christian background, but what she presents is taken from surveys from thousands of men, both Christian and not. Have an open mind when listening to this and you will definitely be rewarded with some great insight.
Very interesting story. At first I was like "meh" then at the end I wanted to know more! Very interesting main character.
This is an excellent listen for any Dracula fan. I love how they got different voice actors to play all the parts. Made it that much more dynamic!
Couldn't put this down for a second! So great!
Having played the games, this book answers a lot of questions regarding Carlos and Marcus's relationship with Anya.
Very entertaining, Karen Travis is an excellent writer and I will defiantly reading more of her work. She is so good a character development which is really important, especially for me.
David Colacci is a great narrator, he really made the characters come alive especially with the main character voices, they are pretty spot on with the game ones. The side characters sometimes got muddied together until I started paying closer attention and then they were pretty clear as to who was talking.
LOVE what Seth Grahame-Smith did with Lincoln. Couldn't put this down, had to power through to find out what happened next!
Decided to try this on a whim and wasn't disappointed. Great characters and story, I want to know more about Shannara and the land of Fae. The narration was also very well done, I am now a fan of Phil Gigante and want to hear more of his work. Worth the read, get it.
Entertaining from start to finish. Narration was excellent and compelling story. Definitely going to read more from Andrew Lane.
