Definitely not a 'crazy conspiracy theorist' book. Doesn't go off the deep-end with things. A lot of facts and things to think about seriously. Great material, and unfortunately a lot of it is true. He quotes Peter Schiff and Chris Martenson, among many other credible sources.
I rarely read fiction books, as there's just too much 'real life' information to learn out there that I would rather educate myself on. However, this book really hits on so many things, in a very realistic manner, that could happen following a catastrophic event where help is not coming anytime soon. It will make you think 'what if' and realize how quickly everything could change overnight.
