"There aren't enough stars for this trilogy"
DM Cornish has created a world so immersive and detailed that all you want is more. He has created his own slang and introduces it throughout each of the three books so expertly. To top of the BRILLIANCE of his story, Humphrey Bower truly gives us one of the most stellar performances that I have ever heard. You will fall in love with Rossamund and all of the other characters that DM Cornish and Humphrey Bower make come alive.

"Love this Series"
I've listened to this series a number of times, and can't wait for the next to be released. For anyone who is a lover of mysteries and of English history, I highly recommend Ariana Franklin's 'Mistress in the Art of Death' series. The books take place during the reign of King Henry II, shortly after the Thomas à Becket incident. Henry is a prominent character throughout the series. What's even better? The audiobooks are performed masterfully, one of my favorites!
"Narration is Unintelligible"
I am a Pratchett fanatic, and own every recording that he has available, and I would pay ANYTHING to have this and Equal Rites re-recorded with Stephen Briggs as the narrator. Celia's performance is so mumbled and without inflection that I sincerely can barely understand her at all.
