This holiday season, join two of today’s most popular paranormal authors for a special look into their worlds, where creatures are always stirring and no one sleeps through the night. The Bite Before Christmas: Teddy Brunswick knows about the immortals among us. He’s worked with them, called them friend - but he never counted on being snowed in with one over Christmas. Home for the Holidays by Jeaniene Frost: Cat and Bones are looking forward to a normal holiday - at least as “normal” as it gets for the combustible vampire couple....

In this hilarious collection, you'll find essays like “Thoughts About My First Agent’s Girlfriend’s Vagina”, wherein Olivia skewers what it’s like to live in Hollywood. In “Sex: What You Can Do to Help Yourself Have More of It”, she frankly gets down to the business of getting it on, including advice on how to appropriately wrap it and bag it.

In “What to Do When the Robots Invade (Yes, When!)” Olivia offers valuable information on...what to do when the robots invade!

Olivia is a geek but she`s a lot of other things too if you watched her on TV or followed her on twitter you know that she's hilarious but she can also come off raunchy but it's not something she`s striving for females are judged harshly for things they say a man can say what he want so in her own words in this book she said what she wanted

this book is about her past and present whether there are fbombs in it or not . Her past is like most geeks they are picked on if they aren't good at hiding it and end up hanging with social rejects and her time in japan didn't sound that fun her downs seem like things we could shrug off but from experience I know it has an effect on you

I liked hearing her read it to me cause I'm so familiar with her I couldn't see myself actually reading this but the book is a better buy then this because of the pictures but then again the book can't showcase all her geeky ness

What I love most about the book is her humor and all the video game and other geeky stuff she talks about in her list . she shows a lot of love to the guy that most hot chicks would laugh at I grew up with some so I could relate

Only problem I have with it is seem like it was written too early she needed to live a little more before you do a Bio type book but it's ended well and it is a thank you note to her BIG fans

This is my favorite in the series I keep trying to figure out why but maybe it's because it`s where we met Adrian for the 1st time the awesome Emily S. Isn't reading this so we don't get the accent but I'm pretty sure I`d love him no matter what but moving on Rose has a lot going on in this book she's grown mentally alot but no one can stop her wit or temper I found myself on Roses side a lot when it came to her mom and the situation with Dimka just gets more complicated. I can go on and on about this book so I'll just get to it.

Key points Rachelle`s story line is so good it's like a really good thriller from the start to finish mixed with some romance action and drama dont assume because it's about vampires that the people in it aren't people. They had a lot going on in their world and in their personal lives.

OK next point I'm going to be painfully honest and say this is one of the worse performances I've listen to i`d pay to have Emily or the other narrator from the 1st book read this to me sorry but she turns Rose into someone who sounds like a girl from clueless it's truly horrible then i guess her talent ends there because we dont get any accents for Dmitri or anyone else and if u think I'm being too harsh next she changes someone`s name in the middle of the story and you have to stop to think who she's talking about but all this shows how good the story really is I put up with listening to her to hear this book ova and ova

Frist i have to thank Charlaine Harris i had no idea who Jeaniene Frost was into i picked up Death's Excellent Vacation i got to her story and was pretty much blown away I had to find who she was and what this night huntress series was about i needed more Bones and Cat!! I am a person who hates spoilers so after reading the story i knew alot had been spoiled but as i started Hafway to the Grave i realized it didnt even mater and I forgot what i knew would happen and found i could still enjoy the book Jeaniene writes in a way that feels real even though these are vampires and dampires they are still real people Cat is just like any other girl in her 20's that had a family that was a bit screwy yet still loving and she has alot of hate inside her that she need to deal with but she's strong and funny she is a true hero always wanting to do whats right but i love that she never says the right thing makes her more realistic there is also alot of action which im crazy about also alot of steamyness is in the book without becoming something that i'd find more funny then sexy so Jeaniene Frost is funny smart creative and just badass in my opinion

My sister and I went to go see a movie called Twilight we heard it was based off a book and decied to start reading she started with Twilight but i decied to go for the 2nd book and i dont know what i was expecting it to be but whatever that was i was wrong this book is so much more then a movie can really cover it's a mixture of action and romance some drama but all and all i'd say Stephenie is a great writer which most people tend not to realize since all the movies have come out they poke fun at the sparkly vampires not realizing how unique it was to even dream that up they think the ware wolves are just some hot guys with thier shirts off but if you read the book there are so much more then that thier trib is very complex and has a interesting history and the love triangle that is treated like some your team vs my team starts in this book Jacob and Bella have a unique and intense connection that leads to alot of hurt later but it's fun and exciting to see how diffrent bella is with him she seems more free less like a 30 year old he brings out a side to her that Edward never could because of his protectiveness so i encaraged everyone who loves the mvies to listen to these books cause i know people my age and younger dont always want to pick up a book but i was finish the series before new moon had even came out the last book i read was Twilight which is a weird thing to do but it didnt hinder my experence in reading the series but New Moon will always be my favorite
