Dave has delivered a very interesting perspective on two main topics - to think as an entrepreneur and act as a leader. I find this book a lot of help and really gave me valuable insights and perspective about my own business (which is still in its young age) and how I can run it better. Highly reccomended.
Definately a must read if you're in the customer service business!

Tony has inspired me many ways during listening to this book.. He doesn't only talks about how a company culture can affect the whole company and its profits, but also how it impacts employee, stake holders, society and perhaps the world! I think it's an amazing read..
