Just in time for the holidays: author Linda Howard's beloved Mackenzies. Meet Maris Mackenzie - and the sexy stranger she woke up to find in her bed! Unfortunately, she had no memory of Alex MacNeil, the previous day… or the prize thoroughbred she'd apparently stolen.

    Any additional comments?

Good Story and an easy listen...didn't have to think to hard about the plot...just a good lose yourself in the story book.

They call him the Devil.... He is the most notorious laird of Scotland: fierce, cold, deadly...and maybe even worse. Yet Evelinde has just agreed to wed him. Anything, she thinks, is better than her cruel stepmother. Though Evelinde should be wary of the rumors, she can't help but be drawn to this warrior...for the Devil of the Highlands inspires a heat within her that is unlike anything she has ever known.

Unfortunatly the story's plot gets lost in the poor narration (1 out of 5). Story was a 3.5 once you get past the narrator's monotone and inconsistant voices. Recommendation: Read the book itself.
