    The book didn't get started until the last half of the book, and the end was a big let down.

    Yes.

    I was very happy with her performance.

    It would have been a better story if there were less recap of the previous book. the 1st half of the book seem to drag on.

    I would have left out most of the 1st half.

    The way Tess handled the storyline in two different timelines. She is a marvelous story teller!
