Despite our best-laid plans, life can often be difficult, disappointing, and stressful. Consequently, when things don’t go right, we are often left in a state of emotional chaos, dealing with feelings like anger, anxiety, frustration, and doubt, which can cloud our perspective and negatively affect the way we live our lives. But in this inspiring book, Phillip Moffitt shows us that we need not be at the mercy of our emotions. By cultivating a responsive mind rather than a reactive one, we can achieve a state of emotional clarity.

Would you consider the audio edition of Emotional Chaos to Clarity to be better than the print version?

This book provides an excellent alternative to the more traditional 'self-help' manuscript. Moffit does an excellent job of explaining how and why we often interpret situations in manners that are detrimental, and explains how we may separate our identity from the chaos that often consumes our minds.

I highly recommend this book for anyone who would like to have more clarity and balance in their life, with or without actually making any outward changes.

What made the experience of listening to The New Psycho-Cybernetics the most enjoyable?

This book is full of great information! I have already recommended it to several of my friends as I know just about anyone will benefit from the information in it.

Minor Cons: The last chapter is hooey, the book isn't exactly scientific, and there are some references to God - that being said, the information is still extremely valuable and even though I'm an atheist with a strong aversion to any religious material, I still consider this book to be excellent.

Buy it now, don't waste any more time!

Craig Beck is a well-regarded family man with two children, a nice home and a successful media career. A director of several companies & at one time the trustee of a large children’s charity. Outwardly, Craig was a highly successful & functioning professional man in spite of a ‘2 bottles of wine a night’ drinking habit. For 20 years he struggled to control his drinking, all the time refusing to label himself an alcoholic because he didn't believe he met the stereotypical image that the word portrayed.

What did you love best about Alcohol Lied To Me - Extended Edition?

It works. I've tried various other books and plans, many with great theoretical information but little practical direction. If you are ready to make a real change, this book works!
