I would recommend this book if for nothing else then for the narration but the story was good too, well written and spoken. This is the first audio book I have had that used both male and female narrators in the one story and it really worked well.
I think probably Elliot was my favourite character, he's an interesting emotional mix.
I think, so far, the fashion show would be my favourite scene but I won't spoil it by writing too much about it.
Yes it was a book I would have liked to listen to in one sitting, but as I listen (with one earbud in my ear) when I am driving to work, I listened in 20 minute bursts and was reluctant to turn it off each time.
If I had to desrcibe this book with one word it would be "smooth".
The story was enjoyable and well written, the narration was natural and seemless and the characters were believable.
Well two things actually, one was the voice of Peter Klein and the other was the story.
The professor was my favourite character
Not only does Peter Klein have an amazingly sexy voice but he also sounds intelligent.
I guess I did, but I neither laughed nor cried. The story was addictive and it was very hard to have to switch it off. My only complaint was that the story ended too abruptly, almost like the author didn't finish it and someone just tagged on a few words so it could be published. It left me feeling there needed to be a sequel.
Despite the abrupt ending I will listen to this one again.
