It should be the best time of half-vampire Cat Crawfield’s life. With her undead lover, Bones, at her side, she’s successfully protected mortals from the rogue undead. But though Cat’s worn disguise after disguise to keep her true identity a secret from the brazen bloodsuckers, her cover’s finally been blown, placing her in terrible danger.

    Overall

As usual Jeaniene Frost has twists, turns, romance and just altogether good writing. I love her charactors and Tavia Gilbert does a great job portraying them. If you like Kim Harrison, Rachel Vincent, Patricia Briggs or anyone along that line, you'll love Jeaniene Frost. She has this "Night Huntress" series aong with a spinoff series about the other characters. Both are good and I'm looking forward to the next one ;o)

Cursed with the extraordinary power to feel other peoples’ emotions, Megan Fields has tucked herself away in a remote corner of New Mexico, working as a small-town sheriff’s deputy. She finds solace in the silence and heat of the desert. But when Breeds begin dying on her watch, Megan realizes that the secrets from her past can’t stay buried forever. Someone is out for blood - her blood. An arrogant Feline Breed, Braden Arness broods with feral intensity.

Wow, This book was pretty much porn. I like a little romance and sexual content, however this was way past. The "idea" I like. The series would have potential if there was more to the story and ALOT less sex. If I just wanted porn, I could have bought a magizine and got the same thing for alot less. It's just not my thing. It's not only very dirty, but strung out way......way.....way too much. Again, this series would have potential with out that.
