I really found this book to be entertaining and inspiring. Specially since he now is an accomplished major league pitcher and won de NL Cy Young in 2012.

I think it's a very good book and the stories on Scott's races are great. But it would've make it better for me if he'd talk mora about races were he didn't win. Specially the races in Mexico with the Tarahumaras. As a reader of Born to Run I kind of was expecting a little of that.

I'm a baseball fan, but I don't know every statistic and history. So, I don't know the accuracy of the facts, but I don't care. They are todl in such a way that it's pretty exciting,

It's a great book full of good stories as well as great data nuggets. A very good read in general, a great read for all runners and a must read for people who want to run injury free.
