Would you consider the audio edition of A Life Without Limits to be better than the print version?N/A
Would you recommend A Life Without Limits to your friends? Why or why not?Yes, anyone who desires self-evolution and improvement would really enjoy this book. I listened to it on my final training runs leading upto the Chicago Marathon as well as during the run itself. The narrator's voice is fantastic to listen to..the first few chapters were a bit boring (sorry Chrissie!!) there was a bit too much detail about growing up that didn't really lend themself to the story, but then again, maybe I was too focused on getting to the training and racing portion of the book. Either way, once it got there I was enthralled - Chrissie is truly an inspiring and hard core athlete with a sense of humor and well development self-awareness. This is not only a good autobriography it is VERY well written, which is rare.
What does Polly Lee and Chrissie Wellington bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?Loved the narrator's voice, beautiful- would have enjoyed it no matter what she was reading. Chrissie's intro and epilogue added a bit of 'realness' that I enjoyed as well.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?No, it was best enjoyed over several long runs.
Any additional comments?I listened to this book while running the Chicago Marathon (just during the quieter bits of the race..anyone that has run it knows that most of the course is like a hurricane of noise and fun). The narrator and Chrissie became by running companions, when the run got hard they were there discussing a challenging time in Chrissies races and it gave me some perspective. I was sad when it was over (the Marathon AND the book).

What made the experience of listening to Bossypants the most enjoyable?Tina's delivery ... it gave a whole other level of funny to the story.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Bossypants?Tina's interpretation of the "becoming a woman" pamphlet. Climbing Rag Mountain. Her first job. Learning that if I'm ever on a cruise ship I should make really good friends with the Entertainment Crew...so they don't shoot me on a lifeboat later.
What does Tina Fey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?Her comedic timing and inflection.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?I loved how she talked about her Dad. I want to meet Don Fey! Also, there is a part that talks about how learning to be a good improv partner can be applied to being a good partner in love, friendship etc. For example - always be open to the possibility they are creating, don't leave them hanging, contribute. I've thought about that a chapter a lot.
Any additional comments?This book was funny, real, honest. I've listened to it twice already and it will be one that I will come back to again and again.
