I see so far that the reviews have been a bit "hate it or love it" I will not comment on the underlying premise of sentient web mind. It's the basic assumption of the book, I didn't question it, I just sat back and thought "Okay, that's the assumption" and then sat back and listened.

And enjoy I did. A mix of different story lines, a good presentation, and it ended all too quickly with me wanting more of the story. Realising that the next book in the series is not available was is just a big tease! I will be downloading it as soon as it's available!

Overall I give it high marks.

What a great memoir! If you ever wanted to gain an insight into those which Churchill said "so much owed by so many to so few", this is a great place to start. My own father flew fighters in the RAF, and who knows, the two men might have met. Unfortunately my father passed away when I was a young man, too young to have involved discussions about what his war time experiences were like. This memoir filled a bit of that gap. Don't hesitate to download this gem if you have a relative or family friend who participated in the air war in WWII - you won't regret it.

Great stuff, until I got to the end; it just sort of stops and leaves you wondering what happens next… After a quick bit of research I found out that it is part of a two book series. Had I known, I might have waited until the second book comes out so I could have listened to them one after the other. I enjoyed it and can’t wait for “All Clear” which is due late 2010.

A rare occurrence for me, but I gave up on this book about 1 hour and 45 minutes into it. The concepts just don’t work for me; frankly I believe it’s a bunch of dribble. Does the universe vibrate, and if I think the right things, in the right way, all will come true? Perhaps further into the book something more substantive is offered, I just could not wait for it. Not worth the money or time.
