"Rather a PHD Thesis"
Too much scientific talk and lots of invented definitions to make a simple point
To a high degree
NOT natural or convincing
disappointment
The book would make a very sophisticated PHD Thesis and too complicated with hard to understand jargon
"The Contemporary Bible of How to Enjoy Life"
SURE, I have already listened to it three times. It is very enjoyable, utterly practical and every time you listen you absorb more.
Sam Sausage in chapter 4 at the minute 49 of the reading because it made the point VERY Clear
His animated tone of voice made me "LIVE" all his stories
Yes, I was speechless at times to discover simple facts that I had never learned. One of them is Life Law number 8 "We teach people how to treat us" WOW.
I have recommended the book to 6 of my friends and they all bought the Audio Book and even recommended it to other friends. No wonder it sold more than 2 Million copies. My circle of friends rather prefer Audio Books.
"The BEST Book I have ever bought for my Kids"
Concise, Practical and Goal directed.
Life Strategies for Dr Phil McGraw which is rather written for Adults
All were really good
YES
MUST HAVE for Parents with Teenage kids
"GREAT book that delivers it's title"
Most definately as the author is reading it in a very interesting way
The moments he was making his suggestions in point format then expanding each point in details. Also all his stories were relevant to the topic and presented in a very interesting way.
The tone of his voice is clearly delivering the points he wrote. I belive this book would have never been as enjoyable if someone else was doing the reading.
YES, so many times I felt moved by the book and the points he made. In particular I was touched by his statement "do not be the victim of other people's weakness"
I so much loved and enjoyed the book that I will buy his book "Confident Conversations" in an audio format too.
