Can you remember what it was like to sleep as a child - waking up completely refreshed and rested? Adults tend to get stuck in their own particular way of getting to sleep. This will help you break those habits with a little help from your imagination.

One technical issue that bugs me is that the two programs are not separately indexed / titled, so you can't easily choose to listen to just one.

Another bother: I'm a little picky, I know, but their accent and the way they pronounce "meditative" distracts me and makes it hard for me to relax.

This is the story of a man who said that he would stop the motor of the world - and did. Is he a destroyer or a liberator? Why does he fight his hardest battle not against his enemies, but against the woman he loves? Tremendous in scope, breathtaking in its suspense, Atlas Shrugged is Ayn Rand's magnum opus and launched an ideology and a movement. With the publication of this work in 1957, Rand gained an instant following and became a phenomenon. Atlas Shrugged emerged as a premier moral apologia for capitalism, a defense that had an electrifying effect on millions of readers (and now listeners) who had never heard capitalism defended in other than technical terms.

I really enjoyed the story. It took a while to get into it, but then I didn't want to stop listening.

I didn't love the narration. His voice and pronunciations are fine, but the different character voices are very subtle and took a bit of getting used to. I probably prefer multiple narrators to get more distinct character separation.

The audio quality was below average. When listening with headphones, I often heard distracting background voices, as if someone was talking in a room next to the room where this narrator was recording.
