At midnight, in a secret medical clinic in Washington, D.C., two foreign doctors and their team are completing plastic surgery on an anonymous client who is changing the appearance of his face, among other things. After the procedure, the client begins to stir - and suddenly the operating room erupts in violence, and the clinic is ablaze.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is exactly what I expected - a well paced story that kept me listening. What more can you want!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Too long for one sitting, but I listened to a lot of it while mowing and the rest while painting a living room and kitchen.

Nano, LLC is ahead of the curve in the competitive world of molecular manufacturing, including the construction of microbivores, tiny nano-robots with the ability to gobble up viruses and bacteria. But the corporate campus is a place of secrets.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I don't think anyone wants a book without an ending!

If you’ve listened to books by Robin Cook before, how does this one compare?

    The worst!

Have you listened to any of George Guidall’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    I always enjoy him.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

A good story, a bit slow in places, but good concept.

    Any additional comments?

I should have paid attention to the reviews. I have never been so let down by a book. I even cued back to see if I missed the ending somehow, but no, there simply is no ending. If you want to avoid frustration, DO NOT order this book.

But she isn't a maid, and she's not Mexican.

    "A bit slow"
    Overall

As I said, a bit slow but I certainly wanted to hear the end. It certainly was not a waste of a credit.

Like the others, I would like a bit more information at the end, I don't like the cliffhangers either. It is good to know the hard copy indicates there is more to come.

    "CAUTION"
    Overall

This story, by a classic author, is only availible in a audio quality of a "2" rather than the typical "4". The audio is extremely tinny and I can't catch enough of the dialoge to follow the story. Think twice before downloading this one!
