"What should we have for dinner?" To one degree or another, this simple question assails any creature faced with a wide choice of things to eat. Anthropologists call it the omnivore's dilemma. Choosing from among the countless potential foods nature offers, humans have had to learn what is safe, and what isn't. Today, as America confronts what can only be described as a national eating disorder, the omnivore's dilemma has returned with an atavistic vengeance.

Stephen Redding says: "Great presentation of a moral dilemma"
    "Great content. Good reader."
    Overall

The content of this ook was amazing and thought provoking.
    It really makes you THINK.
The author is a bit wordy and long winded at times, but the rich content makes up for it.
If you do not have a large vocabulary, you may get hung up on some of the authors overly styalized text.

Some people dislike this reader, but i find his voice pleasant enough.

I enjoyed this book, and recommend that everyone read/listen to it.

No words can describe the greatness of this work, a greatness both of theme and artistry. Dante's theme is universal; it involves the greatest concepts that man has ever attained. Only a genius could have found the loftiness of tone and the splendor and variety of images that are presented in The Divine Comedy.

    Roy says: "Narrator's voice"
"Where did they find that narrator!!!"
    Overall

This book MAY have been very interesting. I don't know. I could not stand to listen to the narrators pretentious voice so I quit listening after about an hour and I cannot bring myself to start it again.

  • World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War

The Zombie War came unthinkably close to eradicating humanity. Max Brooks, driven by the urgency of preserving the acid-etched first-hand experiences of the survivors from those apocalyptic years, traveled across the United States of America and throughout the world, from decimated cities that once teemed with upwards of 30 million souls, to the most remote and inhospitable areas of the planet.

    "LOVED IT"
    Overall

I am a big fan of the Zombie genre, and this book is an A+.
The story was very interesting and well thought out. The production, and actors did an amazing job.
