He intertwines characters with the history and geology always painting a vivid imagery of the times and places and actions.
Looking forward to more by this author
In the top with most of Bryce Coutenay's books.
When Mike and Sarah make a presentation to the elderly fashion designer who is out of touch with her world.
When Nancy was dying and gave the new alb to the parish priest.
I love Bryce Coutenay's books especially read by Humphrey Bowers. He is a phenomenal reader who makes the characters come alive in stories that may be fictional but contain a wealth of history and human pathos and living.

Diana Gabaldon's books always leave me with a sense of my Scottish heritage. I laugh and cry and at times am left standing at the abyss.
I anticipate each of her books. I hope Claire comes back again. Some of the wonderful things about Gabaldon's books is her use of herbology that Claire uses. As a holistic nurse I love this and she does her research and is knowledgeable.
