A must read for anyone doing business on the web. The book outlines hundreds of real world business models using free in some way or another. It explores the historical beginning of sayings such as "there is no such thing as a free lunch" to the business models of some of the largest companies on the planet today - think Google. It covers the divide between BITS and ATOMS and the theory that pricing erodes to the marginal cost, which in many cases on the web is free, or at least so small it's not worth measuring.
The audio book is free on Audible.com (and maybe on iTunes) but it would have been worth paying for.
