Lindsay Boxer is pregnant at last! But her work doesn't slow for a second. And it was taken from her own department's evidence locker. Anyone could be the killer - even her closest friends.

I have enjoyed all of the "Women's Murder Club" books and this one was just as good. The story did not seem to be as in depth as the others and ended too soon. Would have enjoyed the women getting together more and putting their heads together to solve the murders. I didn't like the situation with Lindsay, yelled at her a few times to stop being so stupid; which shows how real the characters seem. Waiting on number 12.

Summer 1924: On the eve of a glittering Society party, by the lake of a grand English country house, a young poet takes his life. The only witnesses, sisters Hannah and Emmeline Hartford, will never speak to each other again....Winter 1999: Grace Bradley, 98, one-time housemaid of Riverton Manor, is visited by a young director making a film about the poet's suicide. Ghosts awaken, and memories, long consigned to the dark reaches of Grace's mind, begin to sneak back through the cracks.

This was one of those stories where you get so engaged with the characters that you hate to see the end come. The narrator was perfect, such a softness that she made the characters become real. I will miss Grace. This was my first Kate Morton book and I am glad I chose it. Will definitely get her other books.

Just a generation ago this place was called America. Now, after the worldwide implementation of UN-lead program called Agenda 21, it's simply known as the 'Republic'. There is no president. No congress. No Supreme Court. No freedom. There are only the Authorities. Citizens have two primary goals in the new Republic: to create clean energy and to create new human life. Those who cannot do either are of no use to society. This bleak and barren existence is all that 18-year-old Emmeline has ever known.

Would you listen to Agenda 21 again? Why?

I would listen to Agenda 21 again-there was so much to the story that just listening one time does not cover the whole picture.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Agenda 21?

My mother & I listened to this book at the same time, we were able to discuss the different points Ms. Parke brings up and to see if something like this could really happen in our nation.

What does January LaVoy bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I like listening to narrators that have different voices to the characters and January LaVoy does that for me. Each of her character voices were on target for the character. I think she was able to grab the emotion of the scene and the age of the character very well.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The ending moved me-it was an ending you wanting but you still didn't except it.

I have followed Michael and his family all the way and have enjoyed every moment. This book did not disappoint. The "WHAT?" ending will make for a very interesting next novel. There were some unexpected moments, as always with Michael, and the suspense kept me listening. Waiting for the next book so we can find out what is going on.

On November 22, 1963, three shots rang out in Dallas, President Kennedy died, and the world changed. What if you could change it back? In this brilliantly conceived tour de force, Stephen King - who has absorbed the social, political, and popular culture of his generation more imaginatively and thoroughly than any other writer - takes listeners on an incredible journey into the past and the possibility of altering it.

Intriguing story-line that kept you wanting to know what was going to happen next. Glad I was listening or I would have turned to the end to see what was going to happen. Craig Wasson brought each character to life - enjoyed listening to him. I will have to say that I was sorry to see it end, but it ended beautifully.

Mickey Haller has fallen on tough times. He expands his business into foreclosure defense, only to see one of his clients accused of killing the banker she blames for trying to take away her home. Mickey puts his team into high gear to exonerate Lisa Trammel, even though the evidence and his own suspicions tell him his client is guilty. Soon after he learns that the victim had black market dealings of his own, Haller is assaulted, too - and he's certain he's on the right trail. Despite the danger and uncertainty, Haller mounts the best defense of his career in a trial where the last surprise comes after the verdict is in.

This was my first "lawyer" book - normally I read the detective novels. Other than getting bored with too much courtroom dialog (guess I am used to a lot more action in my books), I enjoyed the story and Mickey Haller. Peter Giles adds character to all the characters, which is very important in my selection of audio books.

What do an ex-con, a former drug addict, a real estate broker, a college student, and a married mother of two have in common?Nothing, or so I thought. Who would have imagined that God would make a group as mismatched as ours the closest of friends? I almost didn't even go to the Chicago Women's Conference - after all, being thrown together with five hundred strangers wasn't exactly my "comfort zone."

The story is heartwarming and real. What a wonderful prayer group to belong to. Would love to see this type of love in the real world.
I enjoy Barbara Rosenblat so much, that when a friend recommended this book and I discovered it was narrated by Ms. Rosenblat - I purchased it. She gives each character their own personality and makes you feel like you are part of the Yada Yada Group.
