Just last night I saw that they were going to make this book into a movie, and I say yeahh, it was a great book and I would recommend it to everyone from the ages of 12-99.Brian Keene knows how to do it right, and I would buy another of his books anytime.
I did have an extreme reaction to a part of this book, but I can't say which parts, because it would ruin it for anyone wanting to read it.
Great Job, an excellent read.
I loved that they took the classic book, and managed to turn it into a zombie book, without losing the classiness of the era. Yeah it is a comedy, but you can still get a sense of the original story as well.
Mrs Bennett, she was delightfully blind to the whole zombie thing.
When the girls finally showed their trainer up, it was hilarious that he didn't give them credit for learning, and they proved him wrong.
Not even a zombie apocalypse can stop love that is true.
Buy these books, you will not be disappointed, even if you weren't a fan of the original Pride and Prejudice.
I will not go any farther with this series, I am so sick of this whiny little girl I could pull my hair out. The first book was cute, after that she becomes just a whiny little girl who screws everything up after constantly being told not to.
Anything but this crap.
She comes across as a young girl, she performs very well.
Disappointment, after the last book, I was about over these characters, now with this book I am definitely done.
save your money, just go to the mall and find a couple young whining girls, and you will have this book for free.
It was good, but after reading so many of the Scarpetta books, this was down at the bottom for me. I love Patricia Cornwell and hate to say anything negative about her work, but I have to be honest.
I was interested to find out about the glittery powder residue, it drove me crazy right up until they figured it out.
The reading was very good.
Not really, it was an alright book, it just didn't blow me away
If you are a huge Cornwell fan, I wouldn't recommend this book, for her fans it is a disappointment, if you have never read a Patricia Cornwell or Kay Scarpetta book this is good but not the best she has done. it is worth the cost, but not a prize winner.
the interaction between the main characters, when they first meet, you aren't sure if they will get along or not.
Absolutely, the constant twists and turns made me want to keep going, even after the story ended I wanted more.
he was just fantastic at becoming each individual person and bringing the characters to life for me.
There were too many to mention, maybe when they finally got their revenge.
Buy it, you will love it, it will keep you hanging on the edge, right up to the end.
I did not read the print version, so I really can't say if it is better or not.
him riding his bike, it just reminded me of myself.
When he showed up at his friends house.
I'm not good a reviewing books, I just know what I like and know when others would like a book. I hope my review will prompt someone to buy this book, they would not be disappointed.
Not # one, but still a good listen.
I can't say without ruining the book for others, but it was great
when he was explaining how he wanted to be able to blow smoke rings like his father, it was funny to me.
I know this review is sort of vague, but with this being a short story, it's kind of hard to comment on it without ruining it for possible buyers. It is a very good book though.
The surprise ending
It was just an interesting book, the subject matter was not something you see over and over again, that's nice.
Very good reader
Two went for a ski, no one else came back.
This is a great book, you will love the story, and be shocked by the ending.
This is the best ever
Anything by David Sedaris, the comedy is roll on the floor laughing, I listened to this book at work and almost got in trouble for laughing so much.
When they come to Thanksgiving dinner with the mother in law there, I love the conversation with the daughter, about her boyfriend.
No, but I did like that the man gave jobs to the security guard and the manager of the store.
I would recommend this book to anyone, I bought it thinking it was just going to be a Christmas story, and it turned out to be the most hilariously entertaining book I have ever read. Forget Erma Bombeck or David Sedaris, Tim Dorsey is the new king of comedy writing.
I would, but I would also let them know that compared to the first two books, this one is disappointing. I hated the ending.
Good question, I never know just what I will be in the mood for when shopping for an Audible book, I like a little bit of everything.
He did great with bringing the Characters to life.
It does need a follow up book, if for no other reason than to make this book into yet another dream sequence. They should not have let any of the other characters travel, sorry for the spoiler, but I had to say it.
I was harsh on this book, but it really isn't horrible, I just wanted it to end differently than what it did.
I would definitely recommend this Book to others,it is a great listen for everyone.
I don't know that I had a favorite character in this book, I liked most of them.
He does a spectacular job of bringing the characters to life, I am amazed at how many different voices he can do.
Get ready for the fight of your life.
If you are having trouble deciding, I say do it, you won't be disappointed.
