I've just finished listening to this audio book and am getting ready to read it again, as it is so packed with good information and advice, in a biblical perspective, that I want to make sure that my mind remembers every bit of it. I admire Joyce Meyer so much, for her strong beliefs, her positive attitude which she teaches us in this book and her candor in accepting and admitting that she had made certain mistakes in her own life and how she changed those things and improved her life as she grew in the Lord. She teaches us how to actually change our way of thinking by explaining exactly how the mind actually works and reacts to certain thoughts and actions... and God's words tie it all together! Although the narrator sounded good and expressed the words the way that Joyce Meyer would, I still would have enjoyed listening to Joyce, herself. I do hope that you buy this book and buy it for friends and family, as I have, since the information and the way that it is presented would be a valuable recourse for anyone and everyone.

This audiobook was a lifesaver for my 6th grader! She had put off reading a book for a book report that was due in just 2 days, when I found out about it. Even though I did put her on restriction for putting it off so long, I didn't want it to have a bad affect on her grades. So I looked through the audiobooks on Audible and found this book that was read to her in only 52 minutes. The subject matter was perfect for her too; women daredevils! I would suggest, however, for anyone else planning on doing a book report on it, that they get the book.... ebook or otherwise. Because there is so much information in it that we had to stop the player every 2 seconds or so to write it all down! It's actually good that she had to do that so that she didn't get to just skate through it, since I wouldn't want to reward her for putting it off. This audiobook was also very interesting and put forth in an entertaining manner, even though it was so fact-filled. By the way, she did get a good grade on it.

This book is perfectly titled and completely lives up to it's title. Deepak Chopra is very thorough in answering "spiritual" solutions to life's greatest challenges in a very precise and easy to understand style. His "solutions" are presented in a way that fits with what ever your religion is. Because they are "spiritual solutions"! I enjoy listening to Deepak's wonderful accent as he narrates his own book. However, I took one star away from the performance aspect as others might not enjoy his accent as I do. I am so thrilled to be able to listen to books, since I am a slow reader with a mind that has a veracious appetite for knowledge and information, especially about spiritual growth! I will most likely read (listen) to all of Deepak's books!
