"Pure Gold"
I've listened to over 30 audio books. This is the best most practical book I've ever listened to. It works and it is not manipulation--pure gold.
"Garrels is Dedication/Bravery Personified"
This is good. Anne Garrels and her husband make an incredible team. She gives an exciting yet balanced account of the days leading up to the invasion along with gripping coverage of the initial stages of the invasion. I found her personality very engaging and her bravery and dedication to be extraordinary.
"Entertaining"
This book presents a complicated subject matter in a very entertaining fashion. It seemed to me to be a blend of scientific fact and some presumption. He makes huge presumptions at various points, but that is not a problem if you discern where this occurs. Much of this book is very educational, though I would characterize it more as entertainment.
"You Are There"
This book gives you the impression that you are a fly on the wall during very important discussions and decisions. This book confirmed my belief about the VP's role in the Iraqi invasion. Its over 7 hours, but it is so engaging that you will not want to stop listening.
"About Reality"
Wow, all I can say is that this book is real and spoke powerfully to my heart.
"Honest Analysis"
I am not a fan of self help books, but this book is good. The analysis is nearly flawless and very balanced. If you are looking for a quick fix, this book is not for you. You may not agree with the author, but he clearly explains his justification for each major proposition. It is very convincing.
