The story felt disconnected to me.
I feel an accent other than the language in which the reader is reading is very distracting and can be difficult to listen to. I don't like to have to 'try' when I'm listening.
Most meaningful book I have read in a long time. I recommended often I know several people have read it. No one has ever been disappointed in this book
Waiting to hear what was going to happen next.
The resilience of the main character. The fact that things were not perfect for him post war. The way he got through.
That it is based on fact.
The conflict surrounding the ethical decison of whether or not to allow Charlie Cullen to donate a kidney.
Repeated mispronounciation of a drug was a bit irritating. Other than that, excellent.
