What did you like best about An Untamed Heart? What did you like least?

The second half of the book got interesting but the first part was very boring.unless you want to listen to how to plant a garden or the process of shearing sheep . It seems like the author has to fill in the story.

Have you listened to any of Rachel Botchan’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I haven't listened to Rachell Botchan's performance and she was pretty good.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

    No

Get to ther meat of the book and stay away from all the details that become boring.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

No,! definitely not! I tried to listen to it twice and couldn't take the narrator.

What was most disappointing about Lauraine Snelling’s story?

I could not get into it because of the narrator. I have read many of Ms. Snelling's books and love them because she has terrific narrators. This was one voice for all.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

There were no different voices, you couldn't distinguish who was talking. I kept getting lost and it was difficult to get intoi the story. It was just like someone reading a book, I will continue reading Ms. Snellings book as I am a great fan of hers, but I am going to return this one with much regrets.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

I can't say because I didn't read much. Very dissapointed!

Would you consider the audio edition of A Time to Kill & The King of Torts to be better than the print version?

Definity a better audio version than a book as you can enter into exciting story. The Tme To Kill kept me trying to stay awake as I listened to each unique voice of the characters In King of Torts I kept trying to find the outcome in my mind as I waded through one episode after the other..

What did you like best about this story?

The suspense and remarkable quest Brigance had to take. In Torts, I learned a lot about the lawyers, courts and trials that I never heard of before.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes it was hard to put down but since there are two books in this audio it's very hard to critique each book as they are both different themes.

    Any additional comments?

Get the audiobook and enjoy for yourself. You certainly willl be excited when you get to the finish. Like me , you may want to start over again.
