Lisa Gardner, The Survivor's Club
The narrator's voice was annoying; a different person was needed.
The book disappointed me. I felt the author wanted listeners to sympathize and pity these people. I understand the importance of religion and family in the Arab culture but do not accept this as an excuse for their actions.
I enjoyed the process of characters overcoming dystopia environment.
Hearing the format of the 75th anniversary games was surprising.
No favorite scene, enjoyed strength of characters.
It was too much of a young adult read to listen to for extensive periods.
Will complete the series because my students have all read it.
