The book is slow to begin, as I found myself thinking through the first few chapters. It does pick up though, and delivers on what it promises with some interesting insights and stories. On top of this, it seems as though Dr. Goulston is a genuinely nice guy, making the book a more interesting read overall.And if your googling yourself, hi Dr. Goulston!
Full of interesting insights and an accurately condensed picture of scientific achievements of the past few hundred years.
The oddities and eccentricitries of the various people was a welcome addition to what would have otherwise been a far less interesting story.
I found my engagement was steered more towards the sections I am personally interested in, such as the quantum physics and planetary parts, but I didn't find any part 'boring'.

This is a short overview of cognitive behavioural therapy, and how it can be used to control emotions in your brain. It also does a good job of making the important distinction events and emotions in relation to that event.
Considering the low price and short play time, this is a concise introduction to CBT without having to commit to a full length book.
I always like it when an author narrates their own book, as it adds that extra spark to the audiobook. I am also a fan of Dr. Chapman's accent!
The advice here is a unique look relationships, and although some of the advice is a little outdated, much of it is still relevant. I have found that the best way to approach the languages is to take time to use all of them in unison, changing the degree of each depending on your spouse.
