    Story

I was a fan of the abridged version of this audiobook, which I listened to before I became an audible subscriber. So when I saw the publisher was releasing an "unabridged" version I excitedly preordered and began waiting (im)patiently for its release. When it came out I loaded it up on my phone and took it on a run. I actually had to stop my run and check my player when I got to chapter 3. I thought it malfunctioned as the story clearly jumped and omitted details I distinctly remembered from my last listening of the abridged version.

When I returned home I cross checked the two versions and sure enough the "unabridged" version had cut a sizable piece of chapter 3 out.

I do not know if this was a technical error or if the edit was intentional but the version is unacceptable in its current form.

I recommend staying away until the edits are addressed. Which is a shame because this version should have been so good.
