I truly enjoyed listening to this book on walks and while spring cleaning. If you are concerned about laughing out loud in public, lock yourself inside to listen, especially for the first few chapters. It was a special treat to hear his wife speak at the end of the book. I wish we could hear her response after every experiment.

Recast and better editing for the Audible reading. The emails and the repetitive use of certain words and descriptions made me roll my eyes, completely took me out of the story again and again and again.

Engrossing sex scenes. Superficial and unbelievable characters. (I can't tell if I would like and believe that characters more if I had read the book myself.)

While Becca has a pleasant enough voice, her intonation, pronunciation and delivery are painfully distracting from the story and characters.

Irritation and arousal.

My friend called to tell me I MUST read this book immediately. She read it in three days and couldn't stop thinking about the characters. I had time to listen to the book but not to physically read it. Wish I had read the reviews first because now I feel the whole series is ruined for me because of the performance of the reader.

A.L. is always great for me for about the first 5 chapters. Her self deprecating humor is initially welcomed with tears and hysterical laughter but grows stale and a little irritating by the end. This book is a simple reminder of what is required to be a writer, it will leave you frustrated if you are looking for more than encouragement.
